Whenever i upload the new content via ftp on website my website gets infected with html trojan dropper. My computer is clean so whats with the virus on website? Isthere any loophole?

Sincehercomputerso, howtheycommunicate,should be clean, sothe server must beinfected, delete theentirewebsite datafrom the serverand askyourhosterfor help whenanewuploadiscompleteturncontaminated.

As soon as i upload it on the internet it has a virus on it.
I have scanned my pc and its free from infections.
If the serveris contaminated,soask yourhoster/ providerfor help.

Server is clean. Any Website i upload via Website X5 now is contaminated tried on all servers.
The newly exported files have the virus. Please suggest some update for the same

Please check if in the program you added custom code, like a counter or any other function from external sources and delete it. Once done try again to see if this was the cause of infection.
