Hello Sam,

Can you please tell me where you get this error message?

I tried to visit the website and it's visible.

Many thanks!

Hi Claudio, sorry for the delay. It happens everytime I update the website. I think I know the problem, it appears to be with the htaccess file, when I don't delete I get this message and when I do delete the website appears. Does this make sense to you?

Thanks

Sam

Hi Sam,

Look for a line in your .htaccess file referring to 'Options' and 'Indexes'.

Delete that line from the file.

Reupload your .htaccess file to your server and test if the problem is now resolved.

Alternatively, check with your host and ask them to switch Directory Listing off.
