X5 Evolution 10: Why is "enable html" not recognizing IMG statement in text objects?  The same command works perfectly in html objects. Thanks in advance... John

Hi JJ.  Please try this in v10:  Copy and paste the html statement below into a text object with "enable html" turned on and then paste it into an html and then a widgets object.  The html object works perfectly and the text object not at all.  Any suggestions?   Best... John

Hi John,

I am unable to replicate your issue here.  I have Evolution 10.0.6.31 and have created a new project with your quoted HTML code in a Text Object, and the image displays in the browser upon preview.

Apologies that I don't have a solution, but it would appear to be a localised problem?

I will have a good old think!

Best regards,

Paul

Thanks, Paul.  You are right... in a new project, the code works perfectly.  For testing purposes, I created a text frame on a secondary page, "cut" the frame that wasn't working from the home page, and pasted the new one in its place.  That worked!  Merely deleting the corrupt frame and creating a new one (no copy/paste) somehow recreated the corruption.  Go figure.

That said, thank you for taking the time to help me.  I greatly appreciate it.

Best... John
