Gentlemen

I finally got the program installed and running yesterday on my PC (still haven't completed the process of activating the website but I'm working with One.com on that issue).....the version loaded yesterday was Website X5 10.0.8.35. I created and saved a project using the new product.....

Today I loaded my second version of my purchased project onto my laptop; two problems here.

1) After loading on the laptop, I was prompted to update......starting doing so.....but then got a message saying "Error while updating: 406"....."It was not possible to install the file on your computer. Please verify that all programs are closed and restart.....I did this several times and always got the same message.

2) I then started working around the updates and attempted to open the project I had saved on my PC yesterday......then I got another message......"The specified project cannot be opened because it was created with a later version of Website X5 (10.0.8.35). This caused me to check the version loaded onto my laptop today......learned it was version 10.0.2.24...... Why did I not get the same later version? What must I now do......uninstall the old version and try loading again? Help.
