Program crash

I'm using webX5 vers 10. I have imported the full site form previous version (9) and converted with the supplied tool. Each time I open an old page and want to edit a text object, the program crach. I lose also my previous version if I don't save it. I noticed this problem fro changing from version 8 to version 9. Was this problem not identified by other users? Thanks for a quick reply. I am having the same problem, I have ver 10., when I open program to edit pages, it will close down by itself. I have just reloaded the program to a new computer and using the latest updates. Thank you to reply Greg D.

Does it also happens with a new project?
If it happens also with a new project try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 and then use following cleanup tool:

Once done reinstall the .NET Framework 4.0 by downloading from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

I have tried what you suggested, however I still get the program crashing when I update pages, luckily the program saves itself and I ahave not lost anything. I have not tried to reinstall V.10, do you think doing this will help

Try to reinstall the program and then check if the same issue happens again. Please send me also a screenshot of the error message you get.
