Lost website files

When I opened the program today my most used websites were not there and it opened in the new project mode. I checked and found out I had recent backups available but the backups tab is dimmed and wont let me access them. I re-installed the program but the problem remains. Dick B

Hi Richard,
You must (at least should) know where your projects are phisically located in your hard drive.
If you know, then open X5, access "Preferences", and, in the first field, set the path to your project's folder. They should appear now.

Yes I did that first thing the files are there but the program can't open them.

Did you add the correct folder in the preferences where all folders with the projects are saved?
What exactly happens when you try to open them?
Do you get any error messages?
