How to allow users to add new items to a blog

Could you please walk me through the process how to allow users to post their items in my the blog I created using their computer or even mobile phone? Is that possible? I did not find anything useful in the documentation. Did I miss something?

step4> blog> Comment tab> at the top of the page place a checkmark for "let reader add comments to your blog

Thank you very useful, but the problem is I want to allow to add comments to only registered users. Attached is the document of what I did and what I see.
Probably it is a question on the database setting. I did not start this yet. Please let me know what to do.

so far webx5 blog will not work with registration system, you can have private pages with different username and passwords, but not with the blog, sorry.
I suggest to open an Idea post and let incomedia know about it.
hopfully we will see that in the next version of x5.
