How to start my own php and mysql coding

I would like to develop my own php pages with databases. Could you please help me just to start. I will not bother you too much.
Actually I am a database developer and have experience with php3 and mysql development, but that was 9 years ago. Where to store pages with code? Is that possible to create just html page using existing automation and then convert it into php?
I would like to have a page containing an object for a user to create his/her own content with pictures, links, text modifications, coloring, etc. You have similar thing in dynamic page, which allows a user to edit content.

webx5 is limited, dynamic content is the max you can do here, if you are good at coding(sql,php,css), I suggest to use Adobe DW.

You can choose to add your code directly in the project you make with WebSite X5 by adding it in the HTML&Widget object in step 3 and then changing the page extension to php in step 2 by opening the properties of the page or you can add levels in step where then you add a link to your custom php pages in the properties of the levels, in case you want to have external pages containing your code.
