Websitex5 uses its own template format, so no.
You could try to recreate it with websitex5.

As JJ.Juag correctly said, it is unfortunately not possible to import html files in WebSite X5, I am sorry about this. Please remember this for future backups of your projects: it is important to regularly create iwzip files of your projects, so you can always rely on backups in case of needs.
