Inserting email request to access website

When people access my website I want to insert an email request page, which they must complete before they can access the site. Is this possible with X5 9?

you have to make all your pages private, then create a form for sign up, in that case everyone need user name and password, and you would be able to collect everyones email address throu signup process.
