Issue installing the latest ex5 pro updates

Dear Support Team,
I am currently experiencing a problem while trying to install the latest update for X5 Pro.
During the installation process, I receive the following message: Please verify that all programs are closed and restart the update.
I have checked and confirmed that all programs and applications are closed, but I continue to receive the same message. As a result, I am unable to complete the update.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

I get this message quite often too; just ignore it and try the update again later.
The update almost always works the next day.

I'm getting that as well - it is for version 2026.2.8 beta and the update fails as said - the download link given is for 2026.2.7 that is installed already.
BTW preview 2026.3.2 had same problem but installed OK when the exe file was downloaded and run.
I suspect there's a timer or something similar that stops the download if it's too slow.
The Incomedia team can probably provide more details.

I did reboot and it still failed; but I've just tried again a couple of days later and the update completed successfully...
