I presume that the "cart_shipping_address" field should contain and, when filled, exibhit the shipping address informed by the customer, but it isn't happening in my site.
After the information of the customer data, my site isn't showing the shipping address, as I highlighted in the attached image.
Could somebody help me, please?

It seems like something was not correctly exported, could you please try to delete all the files on your server and perform a full exportation of your website?

I deleted all the files on the server side, uploaded the site again - full exportation - and the error continues...

please verify to have filled correctly your website name in step 1 -> site URL.
If you still get the error please send me the iwzip of your project to file@answers.websitex5.com setting "post 34782 for Michele C." as subject.
If your project is too big you can use some service like www.wetransfer.com

the problem is that you don't request the name of the customers, this is a bug that we'll sure fix in a future release, in the meantime you can request this field.

Thanks, Michele, it's working now! But the e-mails sent to the dealer and to the customer shows the HTML code (the tags <br> and </br>).
Is there a way to avoid it?
