Version 11 once ran, now won't 
Autor: Rich M.Version 11 ran fine several months ago. I tried to run it today and was told that there was an error and to re-install. Doing that, it open a screen and wants the activation code. But before that screen will display it tells me that there are exception errors. It gives me the option to run anyway so I tell it to run anyway. It opens the registration entry screen and I enter the data then click next at which time I am again told there is an exception error. I tell it to continue and it goes on to the next screen telling me that it may take a few seconds to register. Ten minutes later the screen is still busy and nothing is happening. I have tried installing the program several times, uninstalling then reinstalling yet again but with the same results.
I cut and pasted the exception text that the program generates and am uploading it as a zip file. Anyone know what's happening?
Did you try without firewall or antivirus? maybe this gets in the way. If this is not the problem then it sounds like an .net framework problem, try a reinstall, then see if it works better.

I had shut off antivirus and firewalls, reinstalled before & after resetting even turning off, computer. Went to version 10 and had the same results -- would no longer run.
In desperation, I decided to try restoring a two week old system backup. That fixed everything. Whether it was a .net framework problem or not, I don't know, but both verskons 10 & 11 run fine. I'll remember to check out .net framework of there is a next time. Thanks.
It sounds like .net framework problem. Glad it's fixed now.
