Unable to export my site to disc

Hi,
I seem to be unable to export my site to disc. It all seems to go well until the website pages need to upload when I get the error message that some illegal character have been used.
I've checked my files and none seem to contain illegal characters.
They exported fine when I was using version 11 but not now when using version 12.
Any suggestions?

Export is in progess until 88% when it flags that 'it is not possible to complete the export (illegal characters in path).
