How do I go about cancelling within my 30 day grace period.
I am unable to reach anyone to help....

Hi Miguel,
If you bought the software on the official website via Cleverbridge, you have to go on this link (on the form "What is your question about?", choice is "Refund request").

Otherwise see from the store where you bought it.
