Home page not displaying correctly. index.html is producing the wrong page lay out but index.php displays correct page

For some unknown reason www.sarumscaffolding.co.uk is not showing the correct home page. If you go to the website you will se what I mean. If you open another page and then link back to the home page it is correct but shows as sarumscaffolding.co.uk/index.php. when the page is sarumscaffolding.co.uk/index.html the page is weird but all the other pages are correct at *html.

Any idea what is causing this.
