Purchasing Objects Previews Not Working

I would like to purchase some objects but when trying to see the preview of the object it does not show any content.
This has never happened before, I want to purchase some objects, but need to see the details. Can someone pass this on to the developers?

I've notified Incomedia regarding this.
In the meantime you can view all the available Objects (and make any purchases) using this link to the Marketplace:

I did try to see if I could recreate your issue within my own copy of the WebSite X5 software, but I was unable to.

Hi Giulio,
does this happen when you try to connect using the software or when you visit our marketplace directly? Which Objects are you please referring to? Could you please post a screenshot of what you see when you try to preview them?

Hi Elisa,
When I log into X5 I chose Marketplace then objects it brings it upbut the information, photos and screenshots are not showing. The effects examples donot show. See screen shots.
