Paypal set up issues - urgent help required  en

I have been trying to set up PayPal using the wizard in X5. I follow the onscreen instructions from PayPal but after verifying the account nothing happens and the internet drops out. I have been doing this at the customer's property. Tried it at least 4 times.

I cannot set this up at my office due to the telephone verification process that PayPal uses. Has anyone else had this problem. Has anyone tried using code provided by PayPal. I have tried this but using their button generator no button appears and there does not seem a way to connect the button to a PayPal account. I phoned PayPal but they were useless.

Getting really frustrated.

If I understand correctly, as soon as you verify the account the internet drops out? This seems like a very strange issue which I doubt it's linked to the PayPal functionality specifically

Do you by any chance have the possibility of installing the software on a different computer temporarily, a laptop perhaps, and try again there?

This definitely seems like an issue with the network/device used instead of an issue specific to the functionality

Let me know if you can proceed this way. Alternatively, can you provide a short recording of all the steps specifically until the issue appears?

I have used html code provided by PayPal and have the button working.
