File selection screen shows nothing

The "file selection" screen showing abolutely nothing. It has worked in the past i.e. month or so, but today can't select anything. Only button that works is "cancel".
Have renistalled and reactivated. Can't think what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Have tried soulution https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/pl/post/252725 and it appears to work.
I can only conclude that the fault resides on their progamming of this routine.
