Unable to update program to 2023.2.5 - keep getting error message

Can anyone advise why when I try to update the program via the folloing method:
I get this message:
Look forward to some help. Have tried it a few times and have turned off all documents and Firewalls have all been set to allow Website X5

You can also install the update in this way by downloading and starting the current installation file in your profile on the top right of this page under My License->Download.
