This is my first attempt to upload a website. However, I get this error message everytime that I attempt to Upload all Website files to the Internet.
Unable to connect to Server. Generic Error. (Connection attempt timed out.)

Since the web space is used by the Incomedia hosting partner and there is a problem with their server, the user cannot do much.
The Incomedia employees would have to take care of it.
Since it is the first time and to prevent possible blockages of the PC, firewall, anti-virus programs, etc. Check or temporarily disable it to see if these programs are causing the problem.

I've temporarily disabled firewall and anti-virus programs but am still unable to make a connection.

I've attempted to connect to your hosting space and I must say that I succeeded without issues.
One question, are you perhaps connected to the internet via some kind of special internet? Like via a Proxy, a company network, or something like that?
Do you have the chance of trying this with any other network or also by installing the software on a different computer temporarily?
I'm positive something on your side is blocking the outgoing connection
