Opening Project From Another User

Hi Everyone ,
I am trying to open the Project my client sent me on Website X5 Pro. But as I try to open it I get the message "The specific project can't be opened because it was created with a later edition of website x5 pro." Although our versions are exactly similar .
If anyone can help regarding it, I shall be very grateful.

Hi Muhammad,
I noticed you just have a trial version registered on this account: if you need to import a project, you will need a full version of the software.

If I try to export the project, I am unable to find the project at the designated location. If you can help in this regard as well, it would be great.

As you can see in the jpg, after exporting my project. I can't find it in the designated location.

Can you confirm you clicked on Start, on the top right corner? Also, please try to change path, set for instance the desktop directly.
