Scroll jumps to top issue on homepage  en

Dear WebSite X5 Support,

I am experiencing a serious usability issue on my homepage (https://hoszigeteloruhaz.hu), which was built using WebSite X5 Pro 2025.2.5

Issue Description:

When scrolling down the homepage — especially on mobile devices — the page suddenly jumps back to the top after a few images or sections (typically after 5–6 blocks). This happens consistently and makes it very difficult to navigate the page normally.

Further Details:

  • The issue mainly appears on smartphones or when viewing the site in mobile resolution.

  • It can be reproduced by simply scrolling slowly down the homepage; after a few sections, the page scrolls up automatically to the top.

  • I suspect the issue might be related to dynamic content loading or a malfunctioning anchor, animation, or scroll-related script in the template or project code.

Could you please check what might be causing this and advise on how to fix it?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
László

Every time the slider changes the image, it pulls the focus upwards and the page scrolls up.

Perhaps the Incomedia staff could investigate why this is happening.

Hello,
there was an issue with some of the objects with the swiper function, which however was fixed with an update of these objects in the past weeks.
Perhaps there was an error for your update of the optional object, please follow these steps:

1) Close WebSite X5
2) Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro\PluginApps
3) Delete the subfolder called 24bdde90-3b43-43d1-a116-10afc88908c , which corresponds to the Swiper Grid Slider object
4) Open WebSite X5 and the project again, and go to the object, double clicking it to enter its settings, it should automatically be updated
5) Use CTRL + Preview to regenerate the project's files, and then export it again, choosing to upload all files

I remain available.
