Notification from the server when payment in internet shop "Genetic Error"

Good evening,
We publish our site on our provider's server with PHP 8.4
When paying in Nanoformula factory's online stores on the websites (generating invoices or paying via PayPal) on:
1. https://www.nanoformula.eu
2. https://ee.nanoformula.eu
3. https://ru.nanoformula.eu
An error occurs (I am attaching a screenshot) and the process is interrupted.
Testing websites in local mode does not indicate this error.
Maybe additional permissions are needed in the server settings for the nanoformula.eu domain?

As far as I know, WebSite X5 should only be used with PHP 8.2 and not with higher PHP versions.

I reduce PHP on server from 8.4 to 8.2 today. Unfortunately no effect!

could you please check your hosting spaces' settings and make sure that the PHP parameter called display_errors is turned off for all of these hostings?
Inspecting the page during the Generic Error I noticed they are visible in the browser's inspector and they should not be.
