I recently purchased a new hosting plan with you. Currently, my website is showing up at the temporary URL: supaporn-b.websitex5.me
However, my original domain name, "samkhum.com", has already expired. I would like to use this domain with the new hosting I just bought.
Could you please advise me on the following:
Is it possible to renew or recover the domain samkhum.com through your service?
If not, what is the best way to connect my new hosting to a domain name?

Server-side redirection
When redirecting via .htaccess 301, a corresponding .htaccess file with the following code is created in the main directory:
Redirect 301 / https://samkhum.com/

To do this, place the .htaccess file in the main directory in the muaythaichaiya.com web space.
Since I don't have a webspace from the Incomedia partner, I can't say whether there is a corresponding function in the webspace management.
Small instructions:
If you can upload your website there with WebSite X5, then you can also upload a file with the name .htaccess (without file extension) via the FTP window in WebSite X5, see ...
5 Export > Export the website to the Internet
… and click on the symbol on the right under “Target Destination” and the FTP window will open.
In the FTP window, the .htaccess file previously created with the Windows editor can be loaded from the hard drive to the web space with the "up arrow in the blue circle" symbol.
Confirm with OK and the FTP window will close again.
Further help:
Maybe the Incomedia staff could at least help upload the .htaccess file in case there are problems.
