Payment and delivery not on cfm mail

Hello, when I receive an order mail from my online shopping, it doesn't show the information about payment method and delivery option of customer's oders. I am on version 9.0.8. 1831. Best regards Armin

please try to install the most up to date vesion of the program, the 9.0.10.1842.
It's better if you first uninstall the old version and then install the new version, you can download the new version in the download section of your profile in answers, please let me know if you manage to solve it, thank you

I did as you said, then simulated an order but still no mention of payment method and delivery option on confirmation mail.

I tried myself and it seems you left blank the field Email message under step 4-> shopping cart -> payment -> double click on the shipping method -> tab Email message.
This is why your email doesn't state anything after "Livraison", while the other informations seem write to me.
