Hi, The e-mail order notification system on our online-shop isn´t working. Customers are placing orders but we are not getting them. Can you please fix this? Best regards, Clive Vickers-Clark

Have you checked in The Spam Folder to see if the orders where placed there?
If these emails are not in the spam folder try to change the email script type. You can choose a different one when you start WebSite X5 in Preferences.
Try the different scripts to see which works better on your server.
