My users can receive confirmation but admin can not receive

HELLO,
I have a email from in my website, and users can sent email from here, they can receive a confirmation that message is sent with the collected data, but admin can not receive that user's email...

If I could understand your question, you are getting normal email. And if the administrator can receive e- mail sent by any user . For this to happen , you can redirect the email 's site to the administrator's e -mail, this would be a solution . Generally hosting servers offer this function. I hope it was helpful for my answer.

I think I couldnt explain well, my situation.
I have an email form on my website, it is a kind of questionare.
When a user enter my site and answers these questions, I should receive those answers in an email, and one email should be received by the user for confirmation.
User can receive the confirmation email but i cant receive anything which is collected by this questionare.

Existe a opção de enviar um e-mail de confirmação conforme print anexo. Porém caso não esteja recebendo as informações digitadas no formulário, segue algumas dicas que podem solucionar.
1 - Refazer a página de formulário de contato.
2 - Verificar se estar devidamente configurado o banco de dados Mysql.
3 - Entrar em contato com o suporte do seu servidor de hospedagem e verificar se eles estão com algum problema na questão de e-mail.
