Invoice/order email unreadable after update - URGENT

The recent update fixed certain elements of the invoice/order email, but now it is unreadable because the font colour is white in the shaded portions.
This is serious.

Mark - obviously this should not be happening, but is the email readable in a different email client (eg if you are use live mail, is it readable in gmail, outlook.com, thunderbird, etc)?
I have seen apparently badly constucted email where the problem was simply an embedded control character. Perhaps a coding error in WX5 or corruption on upload could have caused the error. If you haven't done so already, please do a full upload (after CTRL+Preview) of your site to ensure all support files are up to date following the update to 4.0.4.1

Well, completed full upload after CTRL+preview, same outcome.
Same result in Windows Mail and outlook.com text colour in shaded areas white.
By the way the same happens to the email sent to the shop administrator.
