Hi Nikola, 

as Andre suggested, please close the program, then, please go to C: \ Users \ YourUserName \ AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \ WebSite X5 v15- Professional and delete the "Templates" folder.

Then, enter the Libraries folder. Here, you will find a file called "templates.xml", please deletes this file, too. After that you can start the program and try again.

I uninstall the program and reinstall it and it's still impossible to download it

But it is already bought, can't you install it?

click in x5 left down your name (you goto your profile) or top right next to your name.

then select on the left download and full templates, you should have it there.
