General error with installing objects

Hello, I have a problem installing objects. I get the following: General error. And then the program stops working. I uninstalled and reinstalled WX5 and the error is still the same. Cannot open project where I have object installed (specifically FB icon).
Please help.

The problem is when I open the administrator. The same error occurs when turned off.

Unable to open project from missing object.
Create a new project and try to install all objects in this project. Then test your existing projects again.

I tried that and the same problem.

Please try and navigate to:
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 - Pro
Then, delete the PluginApp e WebCache folder. Then, reinstall the software

Thank you for your help. It already works. To be sure, I turned off antivirus and firewall during installation.
