Can't open program websitex5  en

Hi Guys,

Since few days I can't open program... When I try to update it showing info that is some problem and finish. I uninstaled twice and installed new copy and nothing change. Can you help me with that? I have still active licence and never had any issue with program itself.

Antivirus programs, firewalls, VPNs, etc. are probably preventing Website X5 from accessing the Internet or the Incomedia server.

Good afternoon.

I looked at your screenshot and I want to recommend that you reinstall Windows. I'm 99% sure this is the reason. Make copies of the necessary files and reinstall Windows and Reinstall programs. Everything should work, at least you will know that this is not the problem if the problem remains. I'm very confused by your desktop notification bar.

Unfortunatly reinstalation doesn't work. Still can't open program. I'll try on different computer...
