Upload website not possible anymore

Since some days none of my website can be uploaded anymore. After a while I get the message time-out for uploading. I heve several websites with different website providers but all give the same problem. What goes wrong? Regards, Bert

Have any new programs been installed?
What about firewalls, antivirus programs, VPNs or similar?

Not that I know. As far as I can see nothing changed. Only an update of Website X5 pro. But that was a minor update I think.
I also tried it on my laptop that I use as a backup for my websites. Same results. not possible to upload although I use for different websites different hostingparties.

are you using the same network with both computers?
If so, could you try using a different network, such as a mobile phone hotspot, if possible?
If you do not have this option, or the issue persists even like that, could I have a copy of one of these project so that I can try to reproduce the error?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project option” to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

Indeed, when I use another netwerk with my mobile ashotspot it is possible to upload a site. I will contact my network provider and aks them what can be the problem. Thanks.

The problem was due to a update of the router of my provider. Problem is solved by my provider.
