X5 Pro 11 (11.0.4.21) is crashing frequently and for no reason and in no particular place.

Assuming you have rebooted your PC and it is still happening, perhaps deleting the preview folder contents will fix the issue.

I rebooted and deleted the preview folder and it crashed again. The error message suggests I re-install.
Will this really help?

make sure you have .netframework 4.5 installed in your computer. if not here is the link for you to download it

I have the same or a higher version (which the download below discovered:
"Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4.5 has already been installed on this computer."
Anthony: can we have another solution? It is really bothersome to repeat your work OR to keep saving large websites to avoid repeating work.
