Could you please try the following?

 - look into the command prompt

(if you do not know what this is, have a look at this http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsc/p/command-prompt.htm)

If you have problems with this, simply press the ''windows'' command + R then write cmd.exe

- now write lodctr /R

- press enter

Please let me know if you manage to install correctly.
