Ole, does it work in preview on your PC?
(If if works in preview, there may be an issue with your host and outdated support files??)
There appears to be 3 pictures, what happens if you only load sylvester? And then what happens if you load the other 2 pics without sylvester??
Have you tried displaying just thumbnails to see if that works?
and have you simply tried adding the picture in an image cell rather than a gallery?
Is this the only gallery on your site (do others work)?
And when displaying step 5, page creation, are all the objects up to date? (there will be a flashing "new" on the top right of the object icons if an update is required).
Sorry I don't know the answer - but I hope that helps.

Hi,
Yes, it works in preview. I have also loaded the same picture in an image cell, but the same problem: not visiable.
I have only gallery on my site and all other works.
Regards Ole Andreas
Ole, I cannot see any issue with this image either, but please grab the attachment and try and use that instead.
I opened your image with irfanview (free) and saved it as a new name, interestingly, the saved image is much smaller, although all but the pixels per centimetre appear identical.
I also do not understand why the gallery indicates 3 pictures. Perhaps delete that gallery and start again?
You could also try simply placing the pic of sylvester in a text box and see if he is visible online.

Hi,
I tried "sylvester-2.jpg." But the same problem or my be worser: I get a message from the host:
Domain Parked
The domain is active, but has currently no index-file to display a website frontpage.
If you do not have a hosting account, you can upgrade your domain account.
have also sent an email to the host supplier, web10.dk
Regards Ole
Hi ole
this sounds like it might be a hosting issue. Let us know what they say when you contact them.

Hello Ole,
Please try to remove the gallery object and then add it again.
Add the images and avoid to add more times a file with the same name and then export it again to test it.
Many thanks!

If it was me I'd export the website to disk and check an index file is created by looking in the folder.
Then use filezilla to upload your site (select overwrite all)

Hello Ole
Remove the gallery object from your project. Then force the X5 to upload ALL files to the server.
See if your home-page ( index-file ) now is present.
If all seems to function then recreate your gallery-object and make a new upload and then tell if it functions.
Kind regards
John S.
Ole - din index fil er borte. Når man klikker på dit link ser man din side, men når man vælger hjem i menuen, så får man en fejl. Det nemmeste må være at lave en total upload af din side.
