Can you leave a negative feedback about the support work?
A month has passed since I raised the question that PayPal-payments-Pro does not work. I did not get special help, so banal unsubscribe-"We do not know what to help you", ask for support PayPal.
I'm not doing this job with a client. undecided

On this forum it is allowed to give negative feedback - BUT : You should be fairly sure, that the issue is related to the X5 product.

3. part programs should not be discussed here. Only if it is a product that X5 should support, or if it is a product that can solve a problem that is raised, and that cannot be solved with X5, or if it gives the functionality that the user asks for.

Problems in 3. parts software should not be discussed here, unless it is in a function that integrates with X5. These problems between 2 products is some of the worst things for a user. Who has the monkey. If X5 support says it is not in X5, you have to trust them - if PayPal say the problem is in X5, you have to trust them.

And you have to keep a good tone, in what you write.

Try to search the forum for related problems/answers.

Make some posts that describe the problem in details - on this forum there is many capable and helpful users.

Maybe one of these users know a solution or can guide you to a solution - if there is any.

I suggest you make a new post, and that you give it a headline that matches the problem - suggestion :

Problem receiving payments with PayPal Pro.

I cannot see that you have former posts about this.

And remember : A question/problem should be of the type Question and NOT the praise.

The praise is for, when you want to give credit for i.e. good support :-)

Yes, I didn't just raise this question.
PayPal-PRO-it does not work at all.

In this case, the payment takes place on your site at the last step 4 offer to enter the card number, date and CVV. So after that every payment fails.
All services in PayPal itself are active.
So I have a claim to support. They either did not give the correct instruction, or their code does not work. Especially as even PayPal-Pro offers to pay through their shopping cart. In the list of baskets from third-party developers website X-5 Incomedia-No.
That's why I gave a negative comment.  If you offer a solution-then service it.
