E-mail (receibing order) shoping cart problem !!! URGENT
I have another problem: how do I know the type of payment or shipment that was chosen by the customer? In order that I receive by email, this information does not exist. Please check the attached file.
And what is the format that should have the logo to appear in that form? I've tried. Jpg,. Png, gif, and does not work.

Test if in ImPreview these images aredisplayed correctly.

Hi Ricardo,
you can control the setting at step 4 in "models and style", in tab "email" and check the root of "Logo" and the "Footer Note".
Then you can try, in "Preferences" at step 0, change the Script for sending email.
