5 months ago I purchased v10 Professional and now you launch v11.0. Am I not entitled to a free upgrade? The mail you sent out says "To keep your licence from version 10" but what does that mean because there is no explanation on your web site?

By the way, you might want to look at your web site in Firefox v32.0.3 because it is in a real mess. On the Support page most links are not clickable, you have black text on a dark background much of which is superimposed, the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page doesn't work, etc...
