Re-installing v10 after installing v11

I have bought v11. Before installing v11 I removed v10 from my system.
When I import my projects made with v10 in v11, my templates complete gone :(
So i want to re-install v10 because i have to made some changes in my website, but when I re-install v10 and I type the key i got with v10 , I get message that this key for other version or older programm is. ( It's the key i see by "My Liscences" v10
Now i need to work with v10 untill there is a solution for my templates in v11
Qestion to Incomedia: Plze reset my v10 liscence key !!!! I need to make changes today on my website!!!!

You can install again your WebSite X5 Evolution 10 by downloading your program from the ''download'' section and repeating the same procedure you followed the first time: add your licence key and register with the same email address. If you still can not install, please tell me exaclty what you did and if you received an error message.
Once you have installed your version 10, you simply have to export your template (and create the .iwtpl file) then import it into your project in WebSite X5 Evolution 11.

I had v10 again downloaded from my download section. I have installed it again.. When I fill in my liscence key and e-mail... I get messeage: ACTIVATION ERROR 322:
The key you use is an upgrade from another programm or earlier version. To the e-mail-adres which this account is connected is no permission provided.
What now???

Ok...I found the hampsteadheath.iwtpl from version 10.
I used the saved project files from version 10 to convert to version 11 so, fortunately, I have the template.
At the moment it's looking as though the project is going to be as it should be.
However, I will probably have a long wait to be sure as the "saving" will take a few hours the first time.
I already waited hours for v10 to go to v11 project but I accept that as long as there are no further problems...lol!

ps your Incomedia website directory structure keeps appearing.
When importing from V10 to V11, it did not import the images that i had for the menu buttons.

V.11 sucks, want my money back. I will back to v.10, but thats also not possible. I have today make some important changes on my website, but the helpdesk is gone i guess.

you can download the Evolution 10 in the "my donwload" page and installa the Evolution 10. buyingversion 11, thelicenseofevolution10willremain,you canalwaysuse it.
