I have tested all the templates you refer to and all worked OK on my own installation with the exception of:

Literature and Poetry 43  -  cannot be updated

Music and Dance 8  -  not present/cannot be found

I will ask Incomedia to comment.

Please note that I have the Professional version, and this may account for some difference in our findings.

I have checked all the templates out and I can see them and use them. Could you please eventually add screenshots of what you see please and tell me exactly what you did?

Ok, thanks, I will try it out and let you know how it goes for me.

Unfortunately nothing has changed for me, I am using Evo 11.

I went through all of them again, tried updating and downloading, It only happens to a few of the Highlighted templates.

Horizontal

Web Portal 23 - It is not possible to complete the download - Cant use
Shop 19 - It is not possible to complete the download - Cant use
Music and Dance 7 - It works but the footer is corrupted
Liturature and Poetry 43 - The template cannot be updated, do you want to continue - Can be used and seems normal

Vertical

Music and Dance 8 - It is not possible to complete the download - Cant use
Liturature and Poetry 44 - The template cannot be updated, do you want to continue - Can be used and seems normal

Thier is only three that I cant use, I suppose I can live without them.

Just to advise you, I continue to have an issue with the 'Literature & Poetry' Templates nos. 43 & 44.

There is no longer any warning message when clicking on the 'Update' icon in the toolbar.  However, if I double-click on the template itself (to select it and use it) then the same warning message appears.

The template seems to load and work OK however, in spite of the message, just like Chris has found.

Hope that is somehow useful to you.

Also, could you tell me what the significance of the double arrow icon in the top-right corner of those templates is?  To me it suggests that an update is available, yet it never disappears no matter how often I try to update and/or restart the program.

I'm sorry about that. Our technical team has double checked and fixed it. Please try again when you like and give me feedback if possible. 

Tha double arrow icon is displayed when there is an update. To proceed simply double click on it.

Just about all working good now, just one small problem with Music and Dance 7 & 8 Footer picture is pointing to the wrong directory when I check in Modify Template.

It is pointing to C:\Users\Samantha\AppData...

I have attached a png of the error message.

I just looked into this a bit futher and can get to the directory via the other images, and the footer.png file is missing, hope this helps.
