I have purchased an upgrade to Evolution 11 but I am having problems.  I can download the upgrade but when I click on it to open, it gets removed.  I am being told that this supplier is not known.  I have been using websitex5 for several years and have upgraded before but haven't had this kind of problem before.

Can someone advise me please how to complete the download.  I have tried from the download link that came with my purchase email and have also used the link here through my account by clicking on downloads.
