How to unlock a hidden page

Could some one please advise me how to turn off a hidden or locked page, I would like to reinstate it but I can't find how to do it.

Click on the lock/unlock icon again.
You will maybe not see the page unlocked before you refresh your browser.
This goes both for the lock and the hidden.

As below:
In the screenshot above Page 1 is unlocked and visible, Page 2 is unlocked and hidden (grayed out), and Page 3 is locked and visible.
You need to highlight the page you wish to work with in the sitemap first, by left-clicking once only to give it focus. Then clicking on the Hidden and Locked icons in the editing toolbar will toggle these modes on and off.
