I have just been directed here regarding a problem with WebAnimator. I have also tried http://forum.webanimator.com/ but there have not been any activity for several month.

I have just bought WebAnimator Plus, installed it, but the program will not start up. I have attached the error message.

If this is not the place to get support, then, where is?

could you please give me a link to the post you have opened on the WebAnimator Forum? I will then warn the technical staff and ask them to answer you as soon as possible.

I have posted 2 times on the forum, but the posts has to be verified before they are show, and you can see, there is no activity since november month.

Who do I contact to get a refund, because the software is useless, just as the support?
