The best way to do it is divide them into sub-folders, so that it's easier to find what you're looking for. If you use the Professional version, go to the Project Selection window and click on to display your list of Project Folders, and then click on the arrow next to the button to open the submenu that contains the commands for creating, renaming and deleting folders. Create the number of folders you need and then select the projects and drag them to the appropriate ones.
