Get data from mySQL database

Please provide a working sample of php that can be used to get data from mysql after email form post.
I have googled this, but cannot find a simple example that will work within x5. I just get blank pages if I use my own php in x5 so obviously I am doing something wrong.
Do you have any examples of this documented?

Unfortunately I cannot help you with the use of custom code, but if you have any doubts or issues on how to add them in the pages you made with WebSite X5 you can ask me. Generally speaking since the functions do not depend on WebSite X5, you can search useful information about the custom code with search engines like google or wait until someone on the community of Answers can help you.

Thanks. I found some code that pulled the data I was looking for. Do you think this will be written in to a future version of x5? It would make a great product that much greater.

You can open a "Idea" post where you suggest the improvements or functions you would like to see in the future releases of the programs so the developers will take it in consideration.
