Date format in blog is not correct for US  en

In the blog, the "Published by" information has the date incorrectly formatted for North America.

I have already modified "date_format" in Language Content Management to reflect "[D] [M] [dd]  [yyyy]", but this has no effect on the blog where the date appears incorrect.

I would like the date to appear as Month/Day/Year and not as it appears Day/Month/Year.  This is very confusing.

Please implement this feature.

Gabriel, you must edit x5engine.php in %ProgramFiles%\WebSite X5 v11 - Professional\Res.

Found string return date("d/m/Y H:i:s", strtotime($ts));

Edit and save.

Upload project entirely.

Sorry. I'm not right. Date format is hardcoded in application.

There should be a way to vote up requests.   This way the users can have more input.  This might not be the most important feature reuqest, but backwards dates just look really bad no matter where you live.
