It's not very simple! first of all you should change the width of all your pages to 650 maximum, otherwise you can create a mirror site for mobiles, with a script on your index page of your site that redirects mobiles to the subdomain you created for, like: mobile.mysite.com/ where you load the same content but in a different size
Do the Incomedia have plan to add such feature as mobile editor into their professional version Website X5 or something similar as some other online editors offer?

because the 650 width its to small and the google want 320 maximum for mobiles
