The object form of feedback doesn't go to the set hidden page after command execution "to Send". The site hangs and its reset is required.

you could try x5 layered pop ups http://www.x5tuts.com/downloads/x5-layered-popups/ you can set the pop up to Pop up when a user closes the browser or leaves the page requesting feedback you can even embed a layered pop up in a page like a normal contact form for feedback.
