Hello Wladimir,
Email issues can be diagnosed using the online control panel for your WebSite X5 project.
Please log in to your WebSite X5 online control panel here:
http://your_domain_name/admin/login.php (replace 'your_domain_name' with your actual domain name!)
Your username and password are the 'Administrator' details which you have defined in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Access Management
Once you have logged in look towards the top left hand corner of your screen... you will see a link marked 'Test'... click on it...
In the new screen which appears you will be able to comprehensively test and troubleshoot your email settings. You will also be notified of any errors in your server configuration.
Let us know how you get on... we are here to help if we can.
Kind regards,
Paul

Thanks. You could specify where I have to enter http://your_domain_name/admin/login.php - into an address line of the browser or into any place of WEBSITEX5? This operation is impossible to me...
I did specify it, Wladimir, as per the quote from my original reply above.
What is the URL of your website? Do not simply paste the link into a browser... you need to substitute 'your_domain_name' for your real web domain first!
The online email test facility is accessed through any browser, but can only be accessed using your unique login URL, which is in the format I described.
Please see the help file for more information:

When I do as you advise me, I receive the following situation - posmot in a picture from the screen...
Hello Wladimir,
Do you have PHP installed on your server/web host? Without it many WebSite X5 features such as the Email Form Object and Control Panel will not work.
Please note this extract from the WebSite X5 help file:
"The Send E-mail Form feature will function correctly if the Server on which the website is published supports the .PHP programming language and if the MAIL command is active. You can obtain this information on your Server diagnostics through the Website Test section of the Control Panel."

UPDATE: I have investigated a little further, Wladimir, and am quietly confident that PHP is not installed on your server.
In addition, your server is running a very old version of Apache.
You can consult with your web host to see if they can upgrade their service for you. Otherwise you would be advised to look for an alternative host.
